Anxiety is often an internal experience that people become very good at hiding. Anxiety can look like:

People-pleasing.
Difficulty relaxing.
Feeling “on” all the time.
Trouble sleeping even when exhausted.

Living in a constant state of stress can begin to feel normal, making it difficult to recognize just how much pressure is being held each day.

It can feel confusing to carry something so heavy while still trying to move through daily life as if everything is the same.

So often, we learn to push difficult emotions away, to stay busy or distracted so we do not have to feel the full weight of them.

What might begin to shift if, instead of resisting, you allowed those emotions to move through you more freely, at their own pace, without needing to rush them away?
