I’m turning 59 next week and it feels like a special one as I step into a significant new chapter in my life. Dancing is the perfect way to celebrate the feeling of wholeness I am embodying. I AM abundant, I AM joyous, and I AM free.

Thank you to my incredible mentor Lorrie whose lyrics to this song inspired me. She is a wise and beautiful soul. (The music was created with Suno)

Attended my first festival since moving my practice from The Kawarthas to Quebec. It’s been a huge transition after letting go of Ravenswood last month and settling into a new life in the Laurentians. But this weekend brought me amazing new connections and potential clients. I’m grateful for it all. Thank you, Flow Festival Yoga & Son, for hosting a great event.

This cosmic owl has flown into to my new studio. So pleased to have this beautiful artwork done by the very talented and magical Biljana of Whirling Wisdom Art Creations. An update on my move, sessions and what's next

I have arrived in Sainte-Adèle, Quebec, and I'm slowly settling into my new home in the beautiful Laurentian mountains. My belongings are still making their way here, so it will take me a few weeks to get organized before I begin offering sessions again, both online and in person. I’m looking for...
