Help us welcome Gabriela to the Shuswap Hearing Clinic team! 👋

A Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner, Gabriela has called Salmon Arm home for the past four years, after practising hearing healthcare in both the South Okanagan and the Greater Toronto Area.

Her path into hearing healthcare began at the University of Toronto, where she earned an Honours Bachelor of Science in psycholinguistics - the study of how our brains turn sound into meaning. Pretty fitting for someone who helps people hear and connect with the world around them. 👂

And if you’ve spent time at Roots & Blues, there’s a good chance you’ve already crossed paths with Gabriela. She volunteers with the festival and serves on the board of the Nothing Fancy Arts & Music Society, so she’s already a familiar face in our community.

Gabriela sees patients at our Salmon Arm clinic Monday to Friday, 8:30–4:30, and she is currently welcoming ALL new patients.

That means more appointment availability, shorter waits, and the same independent, locally owned care you already know and trust.
