Autumn leaves facial & foot massage. $75

Cocoon yourself in a cozy nest while i do a facial with new products from saveur beauty: pumpkin facial masque, vanilla facial oil, Jasmine cleanser and vit. C serum! Finish off with a fabulous foot massage.

Indian head massage $70

Release stress and tension from the head, neck and shoulders. Option to add in headed stone massage and/ or an aromatherapy oil.

Back to school specials!!
My eldest is off to college in a week ! I can’t believe that this is happening. And I’m feeling all the feels. My other daughter is going into grade 9 and its a big step for her too.

Grapefruit & Rosemary Pedi $55
These two aromatherapy oils help with memory and alertness. Finishes with a reflexology foot massage.

Demeter Goddess treatment. $85
A relaxing full body massage, using grounding oils to calm an overactive nervous system. Finishing with head and neck massage.

( in astrology the asteroid Demeter or Ceres, shows how you nurture others as well as your relationship with food and nutrition. It also shows your way of dealing with loss and transitions in your life.)

It’s also Virgo season and it’s a sign that tends to overthink and over analyze things. They are problem solving, decluttering and organizing mavens. But sometimes need help to slow down and relax.

With scents of citrus, mandarin , orange and tangerine! I will do all the pedi steps including a good citrus foot scrub with hot towel removal, massage and polish if you like!

This one is in honour of Portugal and the orange trees that will be at my lotion and cream course. I’m so looking forward to learning and being in this safe and welcoming space.

Imagine romantic italy, Verona, Venice, Tropea and Sardinia!. The saltiness of the sea air, dry grasses and warm citrus. Lemon and myrtle, helichyrshum and rosemary. I would like to offer you some scentsational specials so that it will be like you went on the Journey with me!

At the beginning we visit Verona,”in fair Verona where we lay our scene,”Shakespeares famous words!

The Juliet facial $75🩷
A hydrating facial with soothing ingredients to calm and nurture your skin! Think aloe marshmallow and tuberose. Your skin will thank you!

Next we go to Venice and ride a gondola or visit the fantastic la Teatro la Fenice, or maybe we walk beside the canals all day till our feet hurt!

The Passionate pedi! $50♥️
Soak your feet in a rose petal bath, cuticle, callus and care for the nails. End with a citrus and flower foot scrub and warm stone foot massage. Polish is optional!

After this we journey to Tropea in the south of Italy where the steep cliffs meet the beautiful blue waters below and again there is a town with many stone steps!

The rainbow treatment $95 (90 mins)🧡💛💚🩵🌈
A full body massage with semi precious massage stones( citrine, amethyst, rose quartz and sodalite. There may be some placement of smaller stones at the end if this seems nurturing.

Lastly we go to Sardinia! This is a land of rocky hillsides and crystal blue waters. The scents of dry grass mixing in with the saltiness of the water.

Ocean wave massage $85 for 75 mins 💙
we move up and down the body with a dance of massage, some lomi lomi, Swedish massage moves as well as reflexology. I will focus on the areas most wanting care and attention.
