✨🌙♒️The New Moon in Aquarius♒️✨🌙

Hello freedom fighters and fellow friends,

We are full swing into Aquarius season and it couldn’t be showing up more in our world at this time 🌎

Aquarius is the rebellion, always thinking of the greater collective and quite the rebel of the zodiac. They have a bu****it meter greater than no other and are able to see things from an eagle eyes perspective.

My family and I stood downtown salt spring yesterday to fight for our rights. We choose freedom for all. We want people to always have the right to choose what is best for them and there Heath, and we deeply want everyone to come together at this time regardless of which side of the bar you land on. Love is the answer ❤️

✨♋️🌚Astro Moon Yin Yoga Presents- The full moon in Cancer🌚♋️✨

🦀 That deeply sensitive , nurturing , homebody cancer is gracing us with her presence this Monday evening, with the wolf full moon! 🐺

I’m sure many of you have already been feeling the feels leading up to this moon. I myself have been feeling emotionally drained, depleted and ready for release & transformation.

Cancer is a water sign, so it’s natural for us to be feeling compassionate and even self protective at this time. Get yourself into a body of water for deep cleansing and even drink lots of fresh water! Journal whenever you need or share your feelings with a close friend, and let those emotions you might be feeling to come to the surface to be rinsed through you.

What a powerful moon for great release and transformation.

This class is a fusion of my two favourite practices, vinyasa and yin yoga, along with teachings from the Tao Te Ching ☯️

Shayan Rama’s Birth Story❤️

I was 8 days “past due”. Our family was patiently waiting for the arrival of our sweet boy. I had acupuncture on my due date in hopes to set labour on fire but it didn’t happen, I just felt that he wasn’t quite ready to come out yet. Then a week later I decided another round of acupuncture would be a good call, as that is what set me into labour with Berlin!

Sina reccomenndef a friend of his name Julia. She is an acupuncturist and an astrologist, of course I was called to her Immediately. She came to the comfort of our home and gave me an Astro acupuncture session where she read my chart while placing needles in all the right spaces to invoke labour. It was the dreamiest session ever!!!

That following evening my waters started breaking slowly at 3 am. I woke up in excitement and told sina it was slowly starting to happen! I went back to sleep for a bit as I knew I would need rest for what lies ahead. So I went back to sleep for a few hours and felt super mild contractions while sleeping.

Once the family and I all got up , I got sina to cancel his classes for the day and we started gearing up for birth. I went for one last trip to town with the fam and grabbed treats and drinks I would like to have near by for labour. The trip to town was even a bit challenging as I was slowly beginning to contract and waking was a bit challenging.

Once we got home at lunch hour I spent time with Berlin and just kept my energy super Chill until things picked up. I reached out to my doula to update her and tell her that I would need her this evening. Then around 4 pm the contractions slowly started to pick up, Sina supported me as they came while he continued to make sure everything was totally set. Home birth takes a serious amount of prep and I can’t tell you how grateful I am for Sina and the work and efforts he put in to make our home an incredible birthing sanctuary.

By 5:30 pm contractions were still continuing to pick up. We got a message from our neighbour and dear friend . (See rest of story on my Facebook page)🙏✨🙏

❄️Hi everyone! I am very excited to be teaching my first Astro Moon Yin class back after a few months off in baby land with my little guy. I will be offering this class on Monday evening at 6:00 pm PST on zoom!
❄️The Capricorn new moon is landing on such a powerful day as its right after the start of a new year. Capricorn is hard working, tangible earth energy. It’s the goat climbing the mountain! What a beautiful time to be planting seeds together for the new year and sharing our hearts wishes with one another!

✨✨✨ ✨✨✨

⚡️Today I want to share with you guys my all time favourite earrings that I literally wear everyday. They are called ⚡️

✨I first found sparks when I was living in Squamish at a Christmas market and was immediately drawn to her jewelry. The beaded art work makes me feel connected to my ancestors that I have never met but have felt deeply in my intuitive body.

✨Being a mama to 2 young children involves late nights and early mornings. It’s harder to feel bright and vibrant in the morning especially during these winter months. So part of my morning ritual is putting a pair of Jody’s earrings on. As soon as they are in my ears I immediately feel more connected to my inner radiance .

✨These earrings are extremely well designed and they feel nice and light on the ears. You can wear them on a causal day at home to feel elegant and beautiful or you could easily slip them on to head out for a fancy dinner. I already know when my wedding day arrives that I will for sure be rocking a pair of these beauties!
