Did you know that rosemary is more than a culinary staple? 🌿 Growing right in my yard, this blooming beauty is one of nature's most effective allies for hair and scalp.

🌿Rosemary is known to:
✨️Stimulate circulation: It helps invigorate the scalp, encouraging blood flow to the hair follicles.
✨️Supports growth and reduces hair loss.
✨️Soothes scalp issues
✨️Strengthens and reduces breakage

🌿 Make a natural hair oil by heating rosemary sprigs in your favorite carrier oil and applying to scalp . Leave in for a while. Then shampoo out.
✨️Or add a few drops of rosemary essential oil to your favorite oil.
🌿 My mother used to boil rosemary in water and cool it, strain it then use as a hair rinse once a month. She would leave it in for a while. She never had a grey hair ever show up. As a child I adored the scent filling the air in the kitchen while it was in the pot simmering 💚
