There’s something sacred about being deeply seen, held, and supported exactly as you are. That is the intention I bring into every session I offer. ✨

My 1:1 Reiki & Sacred Bodywork sessions are intuitive spaces for healing, grounding, clarity, and reconnection. I work gently with the body, energy field, and spirit through hands-on Reiki, chakra alignment, intuitive guidance, smoke clearing, and at times herbal or plant allies such as tinctures when called for.

No two sessions are ever the same. I allow each space to unfold intuitively based on what is present and what your system is asking for in that moment. Sometimes the work is deeply restorative and calming for the nervous system, sometimes emotional release moves through, and sometimes clarity, insight, and remembrance arise.

My path has taught me the importance of creating spaces that feel safe, genuine, grounded, and free of pressure — a space where you can simply arrive as you are.

Whether you are moving through transition, feeling energetically overwhelmed, seeking deeper connection with yourself, or simply needing a moment to be held and rebalanced, these sessions are here to support you.

A new monthly gathering for women, witches, and divine feminine souls who feel called to connect more deeply—with themselves, with each other, and with the many expressions of the feminine.

Join us on the 13th of each month as we gather in a warm, welcoming, and gently mystical space to honor feminine archetypes, goddesses, and deities. Each circle will weave together shared lore, soft conversation, songs, poetry, and a guided ritual devoted to a chosen goddess.

This is a space to arrive just as you are—to soften, to open, to listen, or to share—and to reconnect with the quiet magic of sisterhood in a grounded and meaningful way.

You’re invited to bring a small offering for the altar—stones, sweets, stories, or poems—anything that feels meaningful to you. Tea will be served.

Across the world, many traditions work with sacred plants in ceremonies and healing practices. Sage, to***co, and lotus are often used in rituals to cleanse energy and awaken intuition—but what about mint, calendula, rosemary, and the common herbs we use in everyday life? Through my journey, I have come to learn that all plants are sacred, each carrying its own magic and wisdom, waiting to be worked with in extraordinary ways.

Candle Ritual for the Eternal Flame of Brigid
Step into sacred space as we honor Brigid, Goddess of fire, healing, poetry, and inspiration. Through ritual, candlelight, and intention, we will connect with her eternal flame—the spark of life that burns within each of us. This ceremony is an invitation to release the old, rekindle your inner light, and embrace renewal. Together we will weave prayer, meditation, and the warmth of community into a night of sacred remembrance and empowerment.

As a blessing of this ritual, each participant will be gifted a candle imbued with the energy of Brigid’s eternal flame—an embodied reminder of the light within you to carry home and keep burning.
