Significant Price drop — Treatment space for lease, downtown Ganges

We've dropped the rent by 33%, from $3,000 to $2,000/month all-inclusive + GST.

The reason: we'd love to see all four treatment rooms go to one group — a clinic, a practice, or a few practitioners who want to run the space together. ~1,500 sq ft with four treatment rooms, three storage rooms, a private tenant office, and a reception sink, inside the Salt Spring Island Wellness Centre at 120 Hereford Ave.

Rent includes all utilities, internet, and garbage (the building runs on significant on-site solar), plus a shared waiting room and bathroom.

Worth knowing up front: this is an active gym and yoga building, not a spa. Expect ambient noise through the day — and built-in foot traffic that comes with it.

If we don't find one group by the end of August, we'll start renting the rooms individually in September. If you've been thinking about it, now's the moment.

Mondays · 7:45–9:00 AM

An hour of moving meditation rooted in the Ashtanga tradition. We open every class with pranayama to sharpen focus and improve clarity, move through a vigorous asana practice with deep stretches, and close in savasana. All levels welcome — you work with the body you have. The perfect way to do the hard work first and set the tone for your week.

Jaya is also back on island this week teaching Kundalini - 8am Tuesday and 8am Wednesday.
