August is National Wellness Month — a time to reflect on the many dimensions of wellness and the small, meaningful ways we can support our overall well-being.
Wellness isn’t just about what we do for ourselves — it’s also about how we relate to ourselves. 🤍
This month, consider looking a little deeper:
✨ What have you been carrying that you haven’t had space to acknowledge?
✨ Are you allowing yourself to rest before you reach exhaustion?
✨ What consistently drains you — and what might it look like to set a boundary around it?
✨ Can you give yourself permission to be a work in progress?
✨ And perhaps most importantly: What do you actually need right now?
You don’t have to overhaul your life to care for your well-being. Sometimes, wellness begins with slowing down long enough to listen to yourself.
