Wow! Week, one was one for the books! 😍 There were a couple unexpected bumps in the road we had to navigate, but my goodness this road feels like a good one.

Whoops! Realized today that I may have announced baby K #2 coming in my stories yesterday! Little girl Kilbreath is coming August 2026! I’ll be working until the end of July as long as she doesn’t come early and Rowan will be staying on with us Mondays and Fridays. We are over the moon excited for this latest addition to our family ♥️

And no, this isn’t the only exciting news we have to share either! Keep your eyes glued to our page to see what’s coming in June 🥳

First week back to work was a success! Thank you to everyone who checked in on me 😅 Tuesday was hard but Thursday was already easier. Keeping busy doing what I love is definitely the key to getting through the day. I’m looking forward to a couple days back with my partner in crime before we start week 2.

In case you missed it.. IM BACK! Working Tuesdays and Thursdays 10-5. If you were a patient of mine before Hank arrived just book in as usual for a follow up (or 2 lol Spots are filling quickly!) If you are a new patient under the age of 4 you can book in with me as well and there is no wait time!! However, if you are a new patient over the age of 4 you will book in with my colleague Rowan (Mondays and Fridays) and there may be a bit of a wait time.

As always, thank you for trusting me with your health and your family’s health. It means the world to me to be a part of your healing journey and to be able to do this work. Here’s to a healthy 2026! 🥂

Welp. That’s a wrap before Baby K comes.

To say this week has been emotional would be an understatement. The generosity and kindness shown to myself and my family by a community I’m supposed to be the one taking care of has been more than I could have ever imagined. It has been really special to have that turned around and feel so taken care of during this season. I have always bragged about having really stellar patients but these last few weeks you guys really knocked it out of the park.

THANK YOU for everything. The gifts, the words of encouragement, the positive affirmations spoken over our family - Tim and I will be forever grateful.

Rowan will be taking over for now so I can spend time taking care of my family. She is kind and competent and I’m so excited and thankful to be able to share with her the little community of incredible people we have.

& don’t worry, as soon as I’m able to I’ll update you all on our newest family addition 🤍

Have you been missing Kristen on the floor??

Since the new year, you may have noticed that you haven’t seen Kristen in the storefront… and that’s because she has made the big step and transitioned into our holistic clinic as our newest Live Cell Technician 🔬

Kristen proudly completed her certification as a Live Cell Analyst back in September and has been shadowing Frank Yazdani since to refine her skills before officially starting in January. She is also currently completing her Natural Nutrition Diploma with the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.

Kristen is a wife, mother, and a huge animal lover, and is here to help guide you on your path to better health!
