Hope In Broken Places - Support for Parents of Addicts Welcome to a safe space where parents of addicts can find support, understanding, and answers. I am a 40 year old recovered drug addicted, and alcoholic.

As a recovered addict, I know firsthand the challenges, confusion, and heartbreak addiction brings—not just for those who struggle but also their families. I was a user for 20 years and been clean a total of 2 (3 if non-consecutive). I have been through the ringer and currently studying to be an addiction counsellor. I have created this page for the loved ones especially parents of addicts. I am available to answer questions and discuss anything you want. There is hope! Hang in there! Your loved one needs you!
