One banana has been microneedled, while the other banana was done with a dermaroller. Both had the same amount of passes and same needle depth.

As you can see the dermaroller creates micro tears on the skin which can cause scar tissue to form, infection and it accelerates the aging process.

As you can see with the microneedled banana it created pin point micro channels, inducing collagen. It does not drag or tear the skin.

There is no way to get a uniform needle depth with a dermaroller, it is very easy to press harder on certain areas, which causes some of the needles to pe*****te deeper than intended. As you can see on the banana, this is VERY damaging to the skin . Last but not least, there is no proper way to sanitize these dermarollers which can lead to nasty infections or spread acne.

*Side note: 🍌I ate the banana that was microneedled, the dermarolled banana was very soft and bruised.
