8th Chakra YXE and The Harmonic Healing Centre invite you to enjoy this amazing experience! This 2 hour class will begin with an hour long sound bath, and will be followed by an hour in the Energy Enhancement System.

What is the Energy Enhancement System? The EESystem creates this scalar energy field using a proprietary computer system that generates a bioactive life-enhancing field consisting of color therapy, light photons, and scalar waves. Benefits of the EESystem include reduced inflammation, enhanced immune function, pain reduction, detoxify the body, and promotes overall wellbeing.

The session will begin with an hour sound bath, which will combine the healing energy from the EESystem, and the healing vibrations from the Crystal Singing bowls, Chimes and Shruti Box. There are 6 recliner chairs, and 2 beds that you can pre-book for $10 ($10 will be donated to New Hope Dog Rescue). If you selected a floor spot, please bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket.

Upcoming group sound baths for the month of September!

September 10th - A new moon sound bath in the EE System at the Harmonic Healing Centre. The EE System is a scalar energy field that allows our bodies to raise your electrical charge, clears out negative energy and allows your body to heal itself. Pair that with a sound bath and you get quite the experience!

September 14th - The final outdoor sound cruise on the Prairie Lily. Only a few spots remain on this final voyage (The sound bath is dock side so the ship does not sail)

September 23rd - Fall Equinox Sound bath at Grace Westminster United Church. Release what no longer serves you and set your intentions for the fall in the beautiful sanctuary.

September 24th - Fall Equinox Yoga Nidra Sound bath. I’m excited to be partnering with Margie from YXE Funfit as she guides you through some gentle movement and a fall meditation to crystal singing bowls.

September 29th - Discovering your life purpose. Join Pat and myself for this 5 week journey to help you to begin to unlock your life purpose. This series includes 3 guided meditations & sound baths, and 2 one on one coaching sessions with Pat.

Full moon sound bath in the park! Thank you to everyone who came out - it turned out to be such a magical evening!! Sound baths really do hit differently when you are outside in nature.
