🌱Future of Saskatchewan Social Workers 🌱
Future of Saskatchewan Social Workers began and continues to be a grassroots, community-based group of social workers, students of social work, and individuals educated in social work.
The group began when amendments to The Social Workers Act were introduced. These changes effectively changed how Registered Social Workers can collectively advocate. The essence of being a social worker is social justice and advocacy of various levels.
Since then, this growing community has remained committed to strengthening the voice of social workers, supporting ethical practice, and creating a supportive space for dialogue, collaboration, and collective action.
