Fall is a great time to protect our . While in treatment today, Dr. Xin Zhong recommend getting some on the way home. Boil thin slices of pear in some water. Sip on it regularly to help aid and protect the lungs through the changing air. Add in local raw honey and ginger for a extra boost! Fair enough. The days have been pretty much the same here for over a week. Temperature checks, sore throats (Joc recently lost her taste, so weird) snotty noses, tears, boredom, way too much iPad time. We are in the thick of quarantine 👎🏼
