🌿Strong Roots: Group Counselling for Indigenous Moms🌿

To all the incredible Indigenous mothers carrying so much for everyone around you—this space is for you.💛

Motherhood can be beautiful, rewarding, exhausting, and overwhelming all at once. Too often, moms put their own needs last. Strong Roots was created to offer a safe, supportive space where Indigenous mothers can pause, reconnect, and invest in themselves while building meaningful connections with others who understand.

✨ Together, we will:
🤝 Strengthen connections to community and support
💚 Explore healthy boundaries and build self-worth
🌅 Set goals and create a path forward with confidence and accountability

This small, trauma-informed group is designed to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered. You deserve support. You deserve time for yourself. You matter.

Stick & Stone Counselling Services is thrilled to be partnering with Pizza Hut, Lemon Heaven, Bitsy Bites, Bridge City Warmth, and Napa Auto Care Centre for an incredible community event focused on raising awareness for mental health and supporting access to immediate care through our Walk-In Mental Health Services!💚

✨ What’s happening?
🏎️ Over 100 stunning fancy cars
🍕 Delicious food from local vendors
🍋 Fresh squeezed lemonade
🎨 Face painting
🖍️ Crafts and activities
🎟️ Raffles and prizes
🤝 Community connection
💚 Mental health awareness

This event is about coming together as a community to ensure that no one has to wait when they need support most.

We are currently seeking donations for our Walk-In Mental Health Services Fund, with 100% of proceeds going directly toward providing immediate mental health support for clients in need.

Because when someone is struggling, they shouldn't have to wait weeks or months for help.
