Today we celebrate another beautiful human ! Fiona is incredibly dialed into her practice and has a vast knowledge of all things movement! She started at Sweat Co. all the way back in February of 2013 and quickly became a part of our sweaty family as a teacher. She spent some time in Australia with her husband, Jay but always made sure to visit us in the hotroom when she came back to Sask for the holidays. Fiona loves baking, yoga, spending time with her friends and family and hanging out with her cutie puppers, Hamilton ( yes named after the spectacular musical)! Happy Birthday, Sister!

Happiest of birthdays to ! We adore this wonderful woman! Tara ia always on the go, a truly vibrant soul who wants to explore all that life can offer. You'll often catch her out in nature, soaking up a long walk with her pup, paddling down the river or adventuring though the wilderness on a hike to a remote camping spot. Tara recently completed her Psychology degree from UsofS, and we couldn't be more proud of her accomplishment. We can't wait to see what the next year holds in store for you, miss Tara! Big hugs and best wishes on your special day!
