We offer Prenatal & Postpartum Fitness as well as bootcamps for moms looking for a more challenging workout. Fitbump is more than fitness. We give moms the opportunity to share and connect every class and help stay connected in motherhood. Amanda provides a safe, inclusive, body positive environment welcome to all. Thankful for the privilege of getting older. 🙏

My husband and girls surprised me with a Toronto Tempo jersey for my birthday!! 🤩 So excited to wear it to my first WNBA game in Toronto next month, the rest of my birthday present. Fitting as I spent the day watching basketball, and then playing basketball. 🏀 Living the dream with post bball ice cream cake. 😍

I was a sweaty mess but beyond grateful for my body that allows me to still be active and hoop at 45. 🙌 And thankful for the courage to start my own casual basketball league where I’m usually the shortest and only female but still show up. 💪 All of this happened in the last year and is a great reminder that it’s never too late to do the things you love. ♥️

Thanks for being on this wild ride with me. ☺️ Here’s to getting older! 🥂

Due to popular demand Fitbump has added a Monday Stroller Strides class for June! Join the crew on Mondays for a 5 week session at 10am starting next week. 😀 Class meets at Isinger park in river landing for walks, talks and exercise along the Meewasin trail - and the views are immaculate. 🙌 So is the vibe 😉

Still feeling the glow from the amazing Fitbump community when we celebrated my 10th Anniversary last month. ✨ ♥️

I just love this quote “Each time women gather in circles with one another, the world heals a little more.”

You know I love a circle at Fitbump. ⭕️ 😉 I encourage circles during workouts so we can interact with one another instead of everyone staring at me. Plus we always finish every class with a sharing circle where everyone gets to speak and share what’s going on in their life. We laugh, cry, commiserate, share knowledge and most of all help each other feel less alone. ♥️

Here’s to more circles of women gathering. 😍 Already thinking about the next Fitbump social event… 💭
