WELCOME SEPTEMBER 🤍✨

Back to school, new routines, and that “okay here we go again” feeling 😅

This month, I’m excited to start hosting regular in person 9D Breathwork sessions a space to slow down, breathe, release and reconnect with yourself.

Stress doesn’t just live in our minds we carry it in our bodies. Tight shoulders, a heavy chest, a racing mind, shallow breathing, tension in the jaw… our nervous system can hold onto so much without us even realizing it.

These sessions are a chance to press pause and give your body the opportunity to release some of what you’ve been carrying.

Today I’m celebrating another trip around the sun and I’ve been reflecting on just how much can change in a year.🎉

I started this business from scratch on my own, as a single mama with a vision and a whole lot of faith. What started as an idea has grown into something so much bigger than I could have imagined and I truly wouldn’t be here without the people who have believed in me along the way. 🤍

Being away from my family who still live in the NWT hasn’t always been easy. There have been so many moments where I’ve had to show up for myself, keep going, figure things out and believe in what I was building even when it felt hard.

So today, I want to say thank you.

Thank you to every client who has booked with me.
Thank you to every person who has shared my posts, referred a friend, supported my little business, attended a class, trusted me with their healing, their beauty, their stories and their time.
Thank you to the people who continue to show up for me. You are a huge part of why I keep doing what I do. 🫶🏼

Karm Collective has become so much more than beauty. It has become a space for connection, healing, confidence, community and coming back to yourself.

And if you’re reading this today, let this be your little reminder too:

Today was a full circle moment for me. 🤍🪶

I was invited by SIIT to be part of their Mental Wellness Team Leads Quarterly Meeting to present Healing Through Breathwork sharing who I am, how I found this work, how it changed my lifeand why I believe in the power of this modality so deeply.

I then had the opportunity to guide the group through a mini breathwork journey focused on anxiety and stress something they can hopefully carry back into their own workplaces and communities.❤️

Today was also my biggest breathwork session yet, guiding 18 people in one room. And honestly, standing at the front of that room made me reflect on how far I’ve come.👏🏽

When I first discovered breathwork, I had no idea where it would take me. I just knew something about this work felt different. I knew it was helping me and I wanted to understand it more. Now I’m teaching others about it.

I’m showing people what can happen when we slow down, breathe, connect with ourselves and create space for what we’ve been carrying.

Even 30 minutes can create an experience that shifts something within you. And being able to bring awareness to that especially within workplaces and communities, means so much to me.

I feel incredibly blessed and grateful for the work I get to do, the people who trust me to guide them and every opportunity that allows me to share this work on a bigger level.

Thank you, SIIT Wellness and Community Development for inviting me to be part of such an important conversation around mental wellness. 🤍

This is only the beginning.
