Spring is just around the corner, spring is just around the corner, spring is just around the corner. At least that’s what I keep telling myself every time I look outside and see more snow than there was the day before, you would think at some point it has to melt! Right?
 Well just because the snow is being stubborn and refuses to go away, doesn’t mean you have to be stubborn and keep putting off that Massage you know you should go get, if this sounds like you you’re in luck I happen to have two openings next week!

Hi everyone!

Spring is just around the corner… or at least that’s what I keep telling myself while I stare out the window at winter who is refusing to pack its bags. Seriously, winter has been hanging around like that guest who says “just five more minutes” and then stays for three more hours. 😅

With that said, I have a small update to share. Starting May 1st, there will be a slight adjustment to my massage rates. After 10 years of experience working with clients and continuing to build my skills across several modalities, this change helps me keep providing the same thoughtful care and quality treatments you’re used to.

New rates starting May 1st:
• 30 minutes — $55
• 45 minutes — $75
• 60 minutes — $85
• 90 minutes — $120
• 2 hours — $155

I’m so grateful for all of you who trust me with your aches, pains, stress, and “I slept funny and now my neck won’t turn” moments. Truly, it means the world to me. 💛

If you’ve been thinking about booking, this is a great time to get something scheduled before May 1st! My clinic days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and spring tends to fill up quickly once everyone starts thawing out.

Thanks again for supporting my growing practice. I look forward to seeing you soon and helping you shake off the last of that stubborn winter tension!

Dear Valued Clients,

It is almost November which means it’s the time lots of you have been waiting for, time for me to return from my Maternity Leave!!

I am so excited to be coming back so that I can see all of your lovely faces, catch up on what’s been going on in your lives over the last year, as well as help your bodies with some awesome massages.

I am hoping to start back November 5th, my booking schedule is open so if you would like to prebook your massages I strongly recommend it. Also please remember that many insurance benefits reset in January so if you have any unused benefits now is the perfect time to schedule appointments before they rollover.

I am happy/sad to announce that I am officially on maternity leave and will not be taking any Massage bookings for the next foreseeable future. I would like to say thank you to all of my amazing clients for supporting me and sharing this journey with me. And I can’t wait to see all of your lovely faces once I come back.
