Healthy boundaries are not about shutting people out — they’re about protecting your peace, honoring your needs, and creating relationships built on mutual respect. 🤍
Boundaries help us recognize what feels safe, supportive, and sustainable. They remind us that saying “no” can be an act of self-care, not selfishness.
Some healthy boundaries might sound like:
• “I need time to recharge.”
• “I’m not available for that right now.”
• “That conversation doesn’t feel respectful to me.”
• “I deserve relationships where my needs matter too.”
When we begin setting boundaries, we often feel guilt before we feel freedom — but with practice comes confidence, clarity, and emotional safety.
