Sending all my love to all of the mamas (especially my own) today. But also to the ones doing all the jobs, to the people missing their mamas a little extra today and to the ones trying to make being a mama.

1. Stop expecting months or years of tension to be fixed after 1 treatment. If it has been months or years of build up? It may take months or years to fix it. Consistency is key.

2. Massages aren't a luxury, they are a necessity, stop looking at them as a "treat"

3. Your home care matters. Healing isn't passive. What you do between sessions is essential. Don't keep complaining about things not progressing the way you want if you aren't putting in the work too.

4. I can read body cues well but I'm not a mind reader. Communicate with me on the table if you need/want any adjustments.

5. Tried everything and can't get the relief you're looking for? Then you haven't tried Myofascial Release

Last year we grew birdhouse gourds in our garden. We only got 2! But they have been drying in our basement since so it was time to prep them for the birds :)

This was such a fun little sunday afternoon craft. It took some time to sand them down but will definitely be growing these again. We have a handful of seeds i am happy to share if your interested!!

✨️ A few things about me ✨️

I also wanted to add a few fun facts about me because why not?

1. I have a fake tooth because of my husband. We have known each other our entire lives but when I was about 8 I ran at him head first to head butt him and he stepped out of the way and I ended up face first into a pole... instant fat lip and half my tooth gone 😅 so rude.

2. I worked for a traveling petting zoo for a summer where I found one of our sweet doggos I still have to this day 13 years later.

3. I danced for 16 years but at about 13 years in I threw my back out on stage during my solo and it gave me chronic back issues from then on. Which led me to start becoming interested in the human body and led me to becoming a Myofascial Release Therapist because my mom took me for this treatment to help my pain.

Crazy how things work out huh.
