If we want the world to be full of love, then we need to fill it with just that.

Stop being triggered by people whose mission in life is to p**s people off on the internet. If they don’t have anything better to do, that’s their problem- don’t make it yours.

Stop obsessing over things that don’t matter.
Over things that are stressing you out or are focussed on the negative.
Stop obsessing with the news or the drama.

Focus on the good things and what you need to do to be healthy.

Plus, hydration = better mental health.

I have never felt so heavy about the world as I do right now.

There have always been bad people doing bad things, but I have been naive to the extent of it.

If this is me living with my head in the sand, then put me back there. I will stay with my head in the sand, along with the people who choose love in their everyday. Who choose to be kind, and do their best to be good people.

We are the majority. The bad people are loud, but they are not us. They are evil, but they are not us.

We need to make love even louder. To make being safe a priority. To bring humanity back to humans.

This world needs a reset. Needs accountability. But more than ever, needs us to come together and be better.

Practicing what I preach!! (I’m a fitness model now 😏)

I’ve lost lots of muscle after surgery, and it takes a lot of patience with myself to remember to slowly build.

This is the loving yourself part. Love yourself enough to be patient. Love yourself enough to get started. Love yourself enough to keep going.

We all start somewhere, or restart somewhere.

UPDATE. (And trigger warnings for those who don’t do well with incisions)

Want to know why I want to keep you all healthy all the time?
Because I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy.

I just had approximately 30-40% of my large intestine removed from Crohn’s disease.
Over the last 18 years I’ve built up three strictures that were on the verge of a full blockage, should another flare up arise. This could have meant nothing moving through, massive pain, and emergency surgery.

I opted to do it before it became an emergency.

The last few days have been tough, to say the least. But this is part of my journey. And this is why living well is SO important to me.

Please make it a priority. You don’t want to end up here (really, I promise. It fu***ng sucks.)

Having said that, I’m doing OK. Finally seemed to have found pain management that is working, and I am hoping to be home tomorrow after 5 days in hospital.
It’s going to be so nice to sleep in my own bed!!!

Please take care of yourself ❤️❤️❤️
