This is a reminder that our event Golf Fitness & Range kicks off this Thursday @ 6pm at Root River driving range ⛳️
This event will have 30 minutes of fitness & 30 minutes of hitting balls at the range. Price is $40+ tax. This includes the bucket of balls!

Bring your golf clubs and a yoga mat (if you have one!) Movements can be modified to do standing as well. 💪

Price includes a 30-minute guided golf mobility/warm up class followed by 30-minutes on the range. Bucket of balls is included in the price! 🏌️‍♂️

Assisted stretch therapy helps improve your mobility and reduce tension 😌 It’s a great compliment to chiropractic care, fitness, or waiting to see your massage therapist!

🏌️‍♀️ Most golfers skip a proper warm-up before their round.

💪 Try these quick mobility drills before your round to improve rotation, loosen your shoulders, and help prevent injuries.

My go-to golf club warm-ups:
1️⃣ Shoulder Flexion and Extension
2️⃣ Overhead Side Bends
3️⃣ Golf Stance Rotations
4️⃣ Club Pushes
5️⃣ Lateral Lunges

Finish off with some small practice swings that gradually get bigger and faster until you reach a full swing!

⏱️ This takes less than 2 minutes and can be done right on the tee box.
