Is Your Child Seeing Clearly? Many children don’t realize when they are having trouble seeing. They often assume that what they see is normal—even when it isn’t. Undetected vision problems can affect learning, attention, and confidence in the classroom.

Watch for these signs:

• Frequent headaches or eye strain
• Difficulty concentrating
• Sitting too close to screens or books
• Squinting or unusual viewing habits
• Covering one eye or tilting the head
• Eye Rubbing

An eye exam is the only way to be sure of your child’s vision. Children between 2 and 17 should have an eye exam every year. Regular vision checks are an important part of healthy development and school success.

Ask us for guidance on making eye exams part of your child’s routine health care.

You probably don’t realize it, but you blink way less when you’re on your phone or laptop 👀

Less blinking = dry, tired, strained eyes… and over time, all that screen time can take a toll on your vision faster than you think.

Friendly reminder to look away from your screen once in a while and actually BLINK! 👏

Who else feel like they have no more free time for themselves? 😭

People don’t believe us, but the eye doctor life really doesn’t just pause when we want it to.

But we wouldn’t trade it for the world 👏 👀
