Shout out to Brodie Tree Service for the white spruce trees to fill in our tree line. Amazing service as always.

Our goal is to reduce the wind on the building - will be hugely helpful for our energy consumption especially in the winter.

Thanks to you, our post for this dog in our mission to find her owners was shared over 200 times, and viewed over 9000 times. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!

Unfortunately, we still have not had anyone come forward as her owner.

Her stray hold is up tonight, and we will be taking applications for adoption starting tomorrow morning.

We don’t know much about her. She’s young, about 2 years old. She seems to be okay with children. She is nervous at first but warms up quickly. We will know more about how she is with other dogs soon. I don’t think she is spayed and this will need to be done in the near future (included in her adoption fee).

If you think you might be a match for the girl, please send us an email telling us about yourself. [email protected]

I cannot believe this dog hasn’t been claimed yet. She’s been here since Thursday evening.

She has a collar, she knows basic commands, and she is desperately soaking up every bit of attention we can afford to give to her.

I just know this dog has a home - I think we just haven’t found the right audience.

Please share and let us know if you recognize her.

Have you ever been told your pet should have a “dental” done?

Cooper had his teeth cleaned as a preventative measure to remove the tartar from his teeth that was causing gum inflammation. Left untreated, this inflammation escalates to irreversible attachment loss and pocketing making the teeth painful, less functional and persistently infected.

But a dental procedure done under anesthesia is more than just clean teeth. There is so much disease detected that we cannot do on an awake pet.

Cooper here ended up having 4 extractions of 4 very diseased teeth. We didn’t know any of these teeth were diseased before he was anesthetized and we were able to probe the teeth. 2 of the teeth we didn’t know were diseased until we had x-rays.

Dental pain is very hard to detect in our pets. But I know Cooper is going to feel a lot better.
