✨ Another exciting addition to our team!✨

Please join us in welcoming Madison to Prairie Roots Wellness Collective! 🌾

Madison is a Psychotherapist/Counsellor and the owner of Hillis Therapy. Beginning in mid-July, she will be offering in-person sessions on Mondays at Prairie Roots Wellness Collective, as well as virtual sessions 7 days a week (yes, weekends too! 🤍).

Madison takes a flexible, client-centered approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities to create a therapeutic experience tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. She works with children, youth, teens, and adults navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, sleep difficulties, relationship challenges, body image concerns, self-esteem, life transitions, and more.

One of Madison’s core beliefs is that no problem is too “small” or “silly” for therapy. If it’s weighing on your mind, it is worth exploring.

✨ Welcome Marnie to Prairie Roots Wellness Collective! ✨

We are so excited to welcome Marnie to our team!

Marnie is a Counsellor and Positive Psychology Coach with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals through her work in the nonprofit sector. She offers a compassionate, non-judgmental space where healing, growth, and connection come first.

Her work is rooted in trauma-informed, person-centered care, with a focus on mental health, addiction support, attachment, life transitions, and personal growth. Marnie also incorporates nature and land-based practices into her work and is currently working toward certification in Animal Assisted Therapy.

To help make counselling more accessible, Marnie offers a sliding-scale for individuals who may benefit from reduced fees. Please reach out directly for more information.

Welcome Ila! ✨

We’re so excited to welcome a new Massage Therapist to our team!

Ila is a 2022 graduate from Wellington College who’s passionate about helping people feel their best. She takes a personalized approach to every treatment and specializes in TMJ work, myofascial release, and deep tissue massage.

She’ll be expanding her skills by taking a cupping course in June👏

Ila works mostly evenings with some afternoon availability, perfect if you can’t make daytime appointments!
