Join Us for Yoga at the Beach!

Our popular Yoga at the Beach program begins Thursday, August 6, offering four weeks of gentle outdoor yoga in the beautiful setting of Sharbot Lake. Join us for movement, mindfulness, and connection in nature. Pre-registration is required due to limited space. To register or learn more, call 613-279-2100 ext. 115.

This program is especially meaningful as it will be Jill Dunkley's final program with the Sharbot Lake Family Health Team before her well-deserved retirement. Over the past 13 years, Jill has touched countless lives through her warmth, compassion, and dedication. Her programs have been incredibly popular and truly life-changing for many participants.

Jill, thank you for the extraordinary impact you've had on our patients and community. We have been incredibly fortunate to have you as part of our team. You will be deeply missed, and we wish you every happiness in your well-earned retirement.

Important Update Regarding the Pomelo Patient Portal

As part of recent system changes at our clinic, the Pomelo Patient Portal will be temporarily unavailable effective June 10, 2026.
We recognize that many patients have found Pomelo helpful for appointment confirmations, online booking, secure messaging, and sharing information with the clinic. Following our recent system transition, continuing to use the platform would require significant redevelopment, and we have decided to pause the service while we evaluate longer-term solutions that will best support our patients and clinic operations.
Please be assured that this change does not affect your care or access to our team. Patients can continue to contact the clinic by phone, and our staff will be happy to assist with appointments, questions, and other requests.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work toward implementing future tools and services that will enhance the patient experience.
