Iced matcha latte at your favourite neighbourhood coffee shop.
We got the sugar free vanilla, it was a little too sweet and a little under mixed (earthy clumps) but otherwise we’re satisfied.
Great for focus, attention, concentration (all those cognitive features that need support in midlife) and the polyphenols make it a cardiovascular 🫀 treat too.

Dr Blossom’s current sunset stack;
Creatine gummies- mostly for sleep and cognition but I love the side effect of better muscle definition too.
Liposomal vitamin C- inexpensive general anti-oxidant, helps keep lipids balanced, fights virus’🦠 head on.
Magnesium bisglycinate x 2- sleep support extraordinaire, also helps my body recover from exercise.
GABA- as progesterone declines, the need for GABAnergic support increases, the GABA helps support my sleep and keeps anxiety at bay.

These are my current handful, not meant to be advice for anyone else, but I’m good at dishing that too.

Summer Update:
This week June 29th to July 3rd
our Apothecary shop will be closed for a little recharge. Appointments with clinicians will remain as scheduled.

When the Apothecary shop re-opens on July 7th our new summer hours will be Tuesday to Thursday 1-4 pm

As we are working without an admin assistant/ shop keeper this summer, we encourage those seeking pick ups & refills to reach out via telephone or text message. We thank you in advance for your patience and continued support.
