I’ve always believed that kindness has a way of finding its way back.
Not because we expect recognition, but because one small act of kindness has a way of growing into something much bigger than we ever imagined.
Tonight, I had the honour of accepting a Certificate of Merit from the Town of Shediac recognizing Inspire Yoga for Community Service.
As I reflected on the evening, I thought about Pay-It-Forward beach yoga, Inspire Yoga Fest, and all the moments that have brought people together through kindness. That’s what this has always been about.
My heart is simply full.

A special thank you to Christine, Cindy, and Lisa, who played such an important part in bringing this year’s Inspire Yoga Fest to life. Your generosity, support, and willingness to give your time helped make it all possible.
Thank you to the Town of Shediac for this meaningful recognition and congratulations to everyone who was recognized this evening. What a beautiful reminder of all the good happening in our community.
