We provide tools, education, community, and support through both social media and in-person events. Neoma Wellness focuses on the six dimensions of overall wellness to help achieve fulfillment, navigate through life's hardships, and succeed in future endeavors. What if healing wasn’t about fixing yourself, but about finding your way back to yourself?

This month’s Neoma Wellness blog features cassandra_daher, a mom of three and a guide who helps people reconnect with their most authentic selves through feeling.

Cass’s approach is rooted in the belief that our bodies and minds are deeply connected, and that sometimes the things we’ve learned to call “just who I am” are actually adaptations to what we’ve experienced.

Her story is deeply personal. Her work explores what happens when we stop pushing feelings away, stop trying to constantly “fix” ourselves, and instead become curious about what our bodies might be trying to tell us.

In “Returning to Yourself,” Cass shares her own story, what emotional suppression can look like, what healing can look like, and a few simple ways you can begin checking in with yourself.

“Feeling is where the truth has been hiding the whole time.”

We’re so grateful to Cass for sharing her perspective, her story, and her work with the Neoma community.

October 10th — World Mental Health Day 🤍

You are allowed to pause. You are allowed to struggle. You are allowed to ask for help. Sometimes taking care of yourself means choosing yourself, even when it’s hard.

Take a week off. Take a year off. Tell your family. Ask for help. Go to therapy. Cry. Scream. Yell. Do whatever you need to do.

All the things we should be doing instead of carrying it all alone and staying silent. Do whatever it takes to STAY.
The world is better with you in it. Today. Tomorrow. Forever.
