⚾ What a fun night we had last night at Ballapalooza! ⚾

We enjoyed some friendly business competition on the slo-pitch field, taking on Affinity Credit Union in our first game and Lake Country Co-op in our second. The weather turned out beautiful, making for a fantastic evening of community, connection, and fun!

Today we’re celebrating 4 years of supporting, encouraging, and walking alongside our community of Shellbrook, as well as our neighboring communities in Northern SK.

Over the past 4 years, we’ve had the privilege of creating a safe space for healing, growth, connection, and hope. We are incredibly grateful to every client, family, staff member, and community partner who has trusted and supported us throughout this journey.

Running a mental health counselling practice is more than a business — it’s a commitment to helping people feel seen, heard, and supported through life’s challenges and successes.

Thank you for being part of our story and for helping us continue to break the stigma around mental health and wellness. We are so proud of how far we’ve come and excited for what’s ahead.

Today we recognize Red Dress Day ❤️

A day to honour and remember Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and Two-Spirit people. Each red dress is a powerful symbol—representing lives lost, voices unheard, and families forever changed.

We have hung a red dress in our business window as a visible sign of remembrance and solidarity. We encourage other local businesses to join us—hang a red dress, start conversations, and help bring awareness to this important day.

We stand with Indigenous communities, committed to listening, learning, and doing better.
