Just kidding! Lots of you keep your eyes open during treatment & that's okay. While we are on the topic of things that have come up recently. Do you want to chat? Spill the tea. Don't feel like conversation? Message received. Whatever your treatment looks like for you is more than okay with me.

Not every treatment is going to be the same, no matter how many times you come back because the bodies we have, the stress we carry and the things we face change daily too. Maybe you need a space to lay it all out so that it's not so heavy anymore. I've got the space to hold it for you. Or maybe this is the time you set aside to stop the thinking of everything else and simply tune into you. Let me guide you into deep rest and integration.

No matter how much we plan, manifest, or pray, sometimes things in life just don't go our way. You can put so much effort into something only for it to be disrupted by external forces beyond our control.

And that's OKAY!

The quicker you release the idea that it all has to go to plan in order to be perfect, the quicker you'll find the calm amongst the chaos. Life isn't perfect but it is beautiful and while we can't control everything, we can control our breath and we can choose to rest.

For everyone who took the time to embrace rest & took the time to join .moonhealing & I last night - thank you.
