Lip filler isn’t just about adding volume💋

One of my favourite misconceptions to break: lip filler does NOT automatically mean bigger lips.

Different dermal filler products are designed to behave differently in the tissue; some are better suited for subtle structure, some for hydration, some for definition, and some for adding volume.

So the goal isn’t always “make my lips bigger.”

It might be:
✨ Defining the lip border
✨ Improving symmetry
✨ Enhancing shape
✨ Restoring subtle volume
✨ Supporting the lips as they naturally change with time
✨ Adding hydration and a smoother appearance

The product, placement and amount all matter; and that’s why lip filler should be personalized to your anatomy and your goals, rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.

Let’s break the stigma that lip filler = overfilled lips.

Okay lippiessss 💋💋💋

Our goal with this client was to add hydration while also adding some volume to the upper lip. She already has a full bottom lip and a beautiful lip shape, so I wanted to honour her natural lips by simply enhancing them!

ALSO see what we mean when we say expect to lose about 20% - everyone has such a different response to filler and how much they swell. So it is important to have realistic expectations for goals and recovery!
