Although we’ve been in our new room for almost 2 weeks now 🥰 we only did our walk through and gave back our keys to the old room this past Tuesday.

It was bittersweet.

Once our lease was coming close to being up we ultimately decided to move on to bigger and better, but I will always be thankful to these little four walls for being our starting point and holding space for us to learn and build and grow.

Thanks for everything our little hole in the wall room 😆🥰

Have you ever noticed jaw pain, headaches, or TMJ symptoms that seem to return no matter what you do?

The jaw doesn’t function in isolation. Through posture, fascia, muscle chains, and the nervous system, tension patterns can travel throughout the body.

When the hips and pelvis become restricted or imbalanced, the body often compensates higher up the chain. Over time, this may contribute to tension in the neck, shoulders, and jaw.

This doesn’t mean every TMJ issue starts in the hips—but it does highlight why a whole-body assessment can be so valuable.

Sometimes the area that hurts isn’t the area that needs the most attention.

✨ Looking at the body as an interconnected system may help uncover patterns contributing to chronic tension, headaches, jaw discomfort, and stress-related holding.
