What you believe reflects in how you communicate in your body language. para-language and words. Our beliefs can have a profound impact on our behaviours because our beliefs shape our perception of reality and influences the choices we make.

Your beliefs (philosophy/ Mindset) are deeply ingrained mental frameworks that guide your thoughts, emotions, and actions. Behaviours are merely systemic displays of those thoughts that we inherently and habitually decide to live by.
