As of 12 p.m. on July 10, 2026, Category 1 campfires will be prohibited throughout Sicamous, which is located within the Kamloops Fire Centre.🚫

This prohibition will help prevent human-caused wildfires and protect public safety and remain in effect until October 9, 2026 or until the orders are rescinded by BC Wildfire Service.
