Maternity Leave 🤍

A little update as we get closer to welcoming our newest family member!
My last day in the clinic will be September 4th, and then I’ll officially be heading off on maternity leave.
If you’re hoping to get in before I go, I recommend booking your remaining appointments soon.
Thank you so much to all of my clients for your support and well wishes. I’m looking forward to this next chapter with my family, and I’ll keep you posted about my return to the clinic. 🤍

✨ We have an announcement! ✨

What better day than Father's Day to share some exciting news—our family is growing! 💛

This is something I have dreamed of for many years, and every day I am so grateful that we are here. Baby is due in November, and we couldn't be more excited to welcome this little one into our family.

With that in mind, I wanted to give my clients plenty of notice that I will be starting maternity leave in late September.

Thanks to all of my clients for making my sweet little home business possible.

For now, I am still booking appointments and look forward to seeing you over the coming months!

Supporting you through your 4th Trimester.

The postpartum period is a profound time for moms who are changing physically and emotionally. Self-care is important! Massage helps reconnect moms to themselves and bring awareness to their bodies.

Massage can help improve postural and structural function (especially from breastfeeding). Postpartum treatments can help reduce stress by calming the nervous system and promoting physical and emotional nurturing.

Special note: Moms are always welcome to bring little ones to treatment if childcare is unavailable to them.

Hello to all new and existing clients! 👋

Just a friendly reminder, if you drive to your appointment we have a spot just for YOU, so please park in the driveway. Once you arrive you can wait in your car or take a seat outside. Try to come no more than 5 minutes before your appointment time and I will get you when your appointment begins. Once you come in we will go over a few questions and get you on the the table ASAP!!

Thank you Sidney!

Today Seaside Massage Therapy has been open for two months. We decided to use the space in our home in August and I started taking bookings on October 11th. I did not expect to be so busy and we hit the ground running. The support and response from the Sidney community has been overwhelmingly positive and I cannot express my appreciation enough.
Thanks again to the wonderful people of the saanich peninsula!

I would like to take a minute to introduce these two. This is my husband Paul and son Walter, you may have been greeted by them before or after your treatments. These two are essential to keeping my business going. Paul often answers the phone, returns phone calls, helps with bookings, folds laundry, and has been a huge component in getting Seaside Massage Therapy up and running. Walter, helps by helping me ‘clean’... aka, taking everything off the shelves and trying to eat the cords.😅
So thankful for their help and support and grateful I get to work and be close to them.
