Today we wrapped up our last day of 2025 and what a year it’s been! Our little clinic went from a team of 2 to a team of 5, a new location, new equipment, and new services… but never changing is the amazing community we serve. THANK-YOU for another year of trusting us and inspiring us.

I couldn’t help but share the artwork we were gifted today. From a client, who is finally back to doing the things she loves and proving hard work pays off. 🎨💪🏼

From all of us at KT Physio, we wish you a joyous holiday season and an amazing 2026 💛 See you on the other side!

If being a heating pad snob is wrong, I don’t want to be right.
Our favourite Thermophore pads just arrived—big, heavy, and oh-so-comforting for tension and pain.
Three levels of deep moist heat + automatic shut-off = relief you could literally fall asleep on.
And the quality? Mine is 4 years old and still acting brand new. In stock at the clinic, starting today.

We are ready to add another physiotherapist to our team! If you are looking for a busy caseload, wonderful community, and lunch time walks near the ocean… look no further. Sidney truly is the best place to work. 🙌
