Sidney All Care Residence in Sidney, BC is a leader in care. Our team specializes in 24 hour memory, Sidney All Care is an 88-bed complex care Residence.

We strive to make your family feel at home and the staff an extension of your family, caring for those that mean the most to you and us. Thanks to the community feeling we foster, residents and their families love our experienced, dedicated and compassionate care team. At Sidney All Care Residence, we believe in Resident-Centred Care, making independence and safety our top priorities. We have 24-hour nursing care to assist with activities of daily living and life enriching activities. Your family members can feel confident that you are being well cared for. We know that family members play an important role in the health and wellbeing of our residents, so we encourage families to remain an integral part of our residents’ care. Personal experience tells us that ones individual situation can change quickly without notice. This can happen at any stage of life and we are ready to help in the ways you need. We do this by listening and keeping you and your family informed. We’re confident that you’re going to like it here, but we’d like to get to know you first. We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

Sidney All Care Residence is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team

We currently have three full-time opportunities available:

2 Permanent Full-Time Positions
A combination of 8 and 12 hour day shifts, including rotating Saturdays.

1 Temporary Full-Time Position
Maternity leave coverage from December 2026 to December 31, 2027. Sunday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

At Sidney All Care Residence, our Nurses play an important role in the daily lives of our residents. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with seniors, value teamwork, and take pride in providing compassionate, quality care.

We offer competitive wages starting at $34.89 per hour, plus additional shift premiums, a great benefits package, and a supportive work environment.

Happy Oktoberfest from Sidney All Care Residence! 🍻

We enjoyed a wonderful afternoon of Oktoberfest fun, live entertainment in our theatre from the Bellows Bandits (which was absolutely fabulous), along with delicious Oktoberfest inspired snacks and drinks - also fabulous!

Great music, tasty treats, and even better company made for a fantastic afternoon together.

Today, September 30, is National Day for Truth and Reconciliation in Canada, also recognized as Orange Shirt Day.

It is a day to honour the children who never returned home from residential schools, Survivors, their families, and Indigenous communities.

We will be taking some time today with our residents and our care community to listen and learn together.

Our residents enjoyed a beautiful morning along the parade route, waving Canadian flags and cheering on the parade participants.

It’s Patio Season at Sidney All Care Residence! ☀️

Summer is meant to be enjoyed outdoors, and at Sidney All Care, we bring the fun outside.

From baking peanut butter cookies on the patio with our recreation team, to gardening, arts and crafts, rose garden walks, and our yearly tradition of our summer BBQs, we make the most of the beautiful season together.

A busy month of celebrating the arrival of spring, from treasured Rose Garden walks, gardening club, and the return of spring activities like Cycling without Age, to festive Cinco de Mayo celebrations and honouring our beautiful mothers on Mother’s Day with our long standing tradition of our General Manager handing out flowers to each mother in our community.

What a wonderful month it has been, filled with laughter, connection, and so many special moments together. 🌸
