Ever wondered what an OCT scan actually does? 👀

This clever piece of technology that we use during your eye exam gives us a detailed look in 3D at the individual structures inside your eyes, helping us gain an in-depth understanding of your eye health.

Early eye exams play an important role in your child’s development, helping identify vision concerns before they begin to affect their learning, confidence and everyday activities.

With the school year in full swing, fall is a great time to check in on your little one’s eye health and help them reach their full potential! 📚✨

Okay, but what energy are YOU channeling this week?

Bold and unapologetic. Playful and a little chaotic. Sophisticated and never in a rush. Trendsetter who found it first.

Drop yours in the comments and while you're here, browse our online glasses catalogue to find your vibe: https://www.norfolkfamilyeyecare.com/eyeglasses/

Ever wonder what happens to all those contact lenses you've dropped off to the office? NFEC is so proud to be a part of Bausch + Lomb which has recycled over 5 million contact lenses to date! Instead of ending up in a landfill, that waste has been repurposed into amenities at a dog park in partnership with the Guide Dog Foundation 🐶 💚
We encourage all our patients to drop off your contact lens waste to our offices (check out our shiny bin ✨) to contribute to great projects like this ♻️

Standard or advanced progressives? Both help you see across different distances, but the experience can feel a little different 👀

We put them head-to-head and show you what that can look like!
