Midwife Carly’s last two weeks with us! It’s hard to say goodbye to someone that has been such a valued part of the Midwives of East Erie team.

Midwife Carly has been such a meaningful part of our community. We are truly sad to see you go, but grateful for the time we’ve had with you.

You have touched many families in Haldimand-Norfolk community and will not be forgotten.

The flowers never question when it’s time to bloom, and the fields never doubt how to grow. In the same way, our babies know exactly when—and how—to arrive.

As dawn gently broke and the first rays of sunlight touched the earth, a beautiful baby was born from water into water, reminding us that birth unfolds in its own perfect rhythm.

After the birth, we gathered at our second attendant Elisha Lunshof home to share breakfast in community. Around the table, we celebrated new life, reflected on the beauty of the morning, and gave thanks for the privilege of witnessing such a sacred beginning.
