The easiest way to book with us? Online, any hour of the day.
We're with clients most of the day, so calls and texts can take a while to get answered. Booking online at https://freerangetherapeutics.janeapp.com/ takes about a minute, and you can see every open time for all three therapists. Prefer to call? That's fine too. We'll get back to you as soon as we can.

What is manual osteopathy?
It's a hands-on approach that looks at the whole body, not just the sore spot: bones, muscles, fascia, the nervous system, circulation and lymph, and even the organs. The aim is to help bring the body's structures back into balance so it can function the way it was meant to.
Some clients describe it as a bit like a massage therapist, a chiropractor and a physiotherapist rolled into one. It works alongside your doctor and other care, not in place of it. And every session is different, because every body is different.

Every fall, Andrea heads south for the winter. And every year, her schedule fills up fast in the weeks before she goes.

Her last day this year is October 21, and she's opened up spots between now and then.
