We were delighted to welcome Susan's Kitchen and their wonderful ice cream truck to Sweetgrass! They generously donated delicious ice cream for our residents, bringing smiles, laughter, and a little extra sweetness to everyone’s day.

There is something about a warm summer day that invites you to slow down and take it all in. The air is a little warmer, the light lingers a little longer, and the world feels quieter.

What a sweet day! 🍦💙

A heartfelt thank you to Exact Oilfield Developing Ltd for generously donating 65 ice cream cones for the residents and team members of Sweetgrass. We also want to extend our sincere appreciation to Perry, our Vanderwell Lodge shuttle bus driver, for helping get our residents to and from Alimos Pizzeria safely, and to Alimos Pizzeria for being such wonderful hosts.

We truly appreciate the kindness and support from our community that helped make this outing so special!

Happy Campers, happy community! 🏕️🎉

What an incredible day at the 2026 Riverboat Daze Parade! Sweetgrass was proud to bring our Happy Campers theme to life with camping-inspired fun, plenty of smiles, and amazing community spirit.

We're honored to have received the Most on Theme award.🏆

🚗🌟 Chrome, classics, and community spirit! 🌟🚗

Sweetgrass Retirement Community's annual Car Show was a fantastic success, bringing together residents, families, car enthusiasts, and community members for a day full of fun and admiration for some incredible rides.

The event also marked the kickoff of our Food Drive, and thanks to the generosity of everyone who attended, we raised **$760 for the Local Native Friendship Centre**! 🎉❤️

A big thank you to our participants, volunteers, donors, and guests who helped make the day so special. Together, we're proving that giving back is always in style!

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for the Classic Car Show and helped make the day such a tremendous success!

We were thrilled to see so many families, car enthusiasts, and community members come together to enjoy the classic cars, face painting, glitter tattoos, and delicious food at Sweetgrass.

Most importantly, thank you to Mr. Mike's and everyone who purchased burgers or hot dogs and contributed to our Food Drive. Your generosity will make a meaningful difference, with all proceeds supporting the Native Friendship Centre.

We truly appreciate your support, donations, and community spirit. Thank you for helping us create a fun, memorable event while giving back to those in need.
