🥕You might’ve heard carrots are good for your vision. But do you know why?
It actually isn’t the carrot itself, but the beta-carotene found in the carrot.

And vitamin A isn’t the only ingredient to support healthy vision. A diet rich in vitamin C, vitamin E, zinc, lutein, and zeaxanthin to stay healthy and sharp. So, make sure you and your kids eat plenty of carrots—but also sweet potatoes, red bell peppers, citrus, and leafy greens like kale, spinach, and romaine lettuce!

Come down and check out our frame show July 20th - 23rd. Showcasing a frame brand we have never carried before, Etnia Barcelona!
