Tyhee Optometry is looking for a fun, energetic, willing-to-learn team member to join our clinic in late August/Early September.
Experience in front desk, pre-testing, and/or optical dispensing is an asset, but finding the right personality and team fit is just as important to us, and we are happy to train even without any experience.
Position Descriptions:
Front Desk: Welcome patients, manage appointments, process payments and insurance, and provide excellent customer service.
Pre-Test: Perform preliminary eye testing, record accurate patient information, and prepare patients for their examination.
Optical Dispensing: Assist patients with selecting, fitting, ordering, and adjusting eyewear while providing education on lens and frame options.
We are flexible to train based on skills and what interests you most, but long term we hope to have you cross-trained in all areas of the clinic.
