Mental Health Support Project Mental Health Support Project is a program of ConnectWell Community Health. We are here to listen and provide emotional support to adults (18+).

Our programs and space are safe, inclusive, and welcoming to anyone with Mental Health challenges Peer Support is an evidence-based practice included in The Ontario Roadmap to Wellness Mental Health and Addictions Framework. Peer support is an important core service for people with low to complex mental health needs. MHSP Peer Supporters have lived and/or living experiences with mental health chal

lenges and have received training to offer emotional and practical support based on trust, dignity, hope, authenticity, and compassion. The mental health Peer Support programs offered at MHSP are person-centered and support individuals to work toward personal goals related to their mental health and well-being. Peer Support programs are available through drop-ins, peer support groups, and scheduled appointments. There are no fees to access MHSP services and programs.
