Please note that there will be no Community Lunch tomorrow (Monday, August 3) due to the Civic Holiday.

We look forward to welcoming everyone back on Monday, August 10 at our new location on Chambers Street!

While we wait for the final stages of our building inspections to be completed, we’ll be offering an outdoor grab-and-go lunch. Stay tuned over the coming week for more details on what to expect that we will share.

We’re so close to opening our doors, and we can’t wait to welcome you inside. We are incredibly excited and we hope you are too!

Thank you to our community for your patience, encouragement, and continued support throughout this transition and our renovations.

See you on Monday, August 10!

🌈 Baby's First Bites Tip of the Week!

Did you know that it can take 10–15 (or even more!) exposures before a baby accepts a new food?

If your little one turns away, spits it out, or makes a funny face, don't worry that's completely normal! Babies are learning about new tastes, textures, and smells, and it takes time.

✨ Here are a few tips:
🥄 Offer just a small amount and let your baby explore.
😊 Keep mealtimes relaxed and pressure-free.
🍓 Try offering the same food again on another day, even if it wasn't a hit the first time.

👀 Remember: touching, squishing, smelling, and even dropping food are all part of learning!

At Baby's First Bites, we'll talk about what to expect when introducing solids, how to encourage adventurous eating without pressure, and practical strategies to help make mealtimes enjoyable for the whole family.

Don't forget every family who attends will receive a FREE Baby's First Bites Starter Pack filled with helpful resources and feeding tools to help you get started at home.

We're looking forward to seeing you soon and helping make your baby's first food experiences fun, safe, and stress-free! 💚
