Celebrate Summer Solstice and Dad this Friday evening, with a special yoga class led by Karen! 🧘‍♂️ Details below in original post ⬇️

You are cordially invited by Karen from Heroic Cynergy and The Healing Nook to attend a Summer Solstice and Father's Day yoga celebration on the evening of Friday, June 19.

This yoga event is designed to accommodate all levels of practice. The class, starting 5:30 PM at The Healing Nook, will feature a blend of Hatha and Yin yoga, specifically tailored to honor the Solstice and fatherhood.

Arrive early at 5:00 PM to enjoy iced tea and "Dad's cookies" or take some home with you after class.

The investment for this unique experience is $20 per person or a special rate of $30 for two when you bring a companion 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️✨️

Join us Saturday June 13th - Saturday July 4th, 10am-11am, for Yoga in the Courtyard. All levels welcome. $65 for the 4 week series.
