Do you rise with the sun? ☀️

As the summer months bring longer days, I find solace in greeting the morning sun.

I invite you to join me for a weekly Hatha/Yin yoga class every Tuesday at 7:30 AM at The Healing Nook.

We will flow through a series of Sun Salutations and Warrior poses, followed by longer-held Yin poses, including Dragon and Sleeping Swan, to cultivate energy and flexibility.

This class welcomes all levels, with props available and recommended🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

The investment for each drop-in class is $20 or register for the full 6-week series for only $95.

Find energy and serenity, on your mat every Tuesday morning at The Healing Nook!

Join our six weeks Sunrise Yoga class starting July 07 until August 18 @ 7:30-8:30AM.

This blend of Hatha, Sun Salutations, and Yin poses awakens and calms the body and mind.

The class includes a brief guided meditation, wrapping into a restful Savasana.

This class is suitable for all levels, props are provided.

The cost is $20 per class or $95 for the series.

$5 YOGA CLASS...$5 YOGA CLASS - A Special Celebration of School's Out and Canada Day🇨🇦

Join Karen on your mat, The Healing Nook for a unique blended yoga class combining Hatha and Yin styles, suitable for all levels.

This special event welcomes children aged 6-11 free of charge and $5 for parents/guardians, all ages 12 and above.

Please bring your yoga mat (there are a few available for use at the studio) wear comfortable clothing, and bring a water bottle.

Join us for an hour of renewal and relaxation on TUES JUNE 30 - 3:30-4:30PM
